While there are many Norouz spelling variations in mostly Persian speaking countries, for example:
Norooz, Noruz, Noroz, Norouz, NoRuz , Nawroz, Naw-Rúz, Nowrooz, Nowruz , Newroz, Nauryz, Naurooz, Novruz, Navruz Navroze, Eid.
