Tijuana is ready for the upcoming WTF World Taekwondo Qualification Tournament for the 2010 Youth Olympic Games (March 3-4) and the 8th WTF World Junior Taekwondo Championships (March 6-9).
Both events will take place in the Gymnasium of the High Performance Sports Center in city of Tijuana, Baja California, México.
About 320 athletes from 85 countries are expected to participate in the qualification tournament, while the World Junior Championships will draw more than 750 athletes from about 85 countries, the largest ever.

The World Junior Championships will feature 10 male and 10 female weight divisions.
On the occasion of the two Mexican events, the WTF will hold its 1st Photo Contest as part of its efforts to further promote taekwondo. www.wtf.org/photo .
