TEHRAN, June. 05 (ISNA)-The Iranian chemical victims of the 8 year imposed war are to file a new lawsuit in European courts against the individuals and companies who provided the Baath regime with chemical weapons.

Iran's lawyer in this issue has recently announced that with the new evidence gained a new series of lawsuits were to be launched in the Netherlands Merchant court against individuals and companies who provided the Iraqi Baath regime with chemical weapons.
