TEHRAN, Nov. 7 (Mehr News Agency) -- Iran's 2008 budget bill is based on provisional 8,900 rials each dollar.

The figure is regarded merely as a benchmark, according to state officials.

It's been specified in the bill that the market or the Central Bank would put a value on the currency.

The current dollar price in Tehran market is 9,320 rials.

The bill contains a base oil price of 34.1 dollars and 31 billion dollars is required for next year's projects.

According to the schedule, the cabinet will submit the bill to Majlis (parliament) in the Iranian month of Azar (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21).
